24/7/365 Support line & Advocacy Services
This service provides immediate and ongoing counseling, advocacy, information and referrals to survivors of domestic violence through the support line phone, office phone, and walk-in office. For immediate assistance from a trained Advocate, please call the support line at 970-247-9619. For assistance from an Alternative Horizons staff member, please call 970-247-4374 during normal business hours on weekdays.
Criminal and Civil Court Services
Alternative Horizons provides advocacy, court accompaniment, information, and referrals for survivors of domestic violence in La Plata and San Juan Counties, Colorado, when the person who caused harm has been arrested and the case is moving through the criminal justice system.
